Refund Policy
At Armaier, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of undamaged and unscratched glasses within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Return Process:
- Customers must return the product via any courier service at their own expense to our Kasur address.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Refund requests will be processed within 2-3 working days after we receive the returned product.

Steps to Follow
1. Repack the Parcel
Ensure the product is securely packed, as damaged items will not be accepted.
Include the following details inside the package:
- Your name (as used in the order).
- Your contact number.
- Order details such as order number and items included.
2. Ship the Parcel
Send the parcel via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at your own expense to the following address:

3. Await Confirmation from Customer Support
Once we receive your return, our team will verify the product and contact you. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 2-3 working days.
